Who's in charge?

When was the last time you made a decision? A decision that wasn’t on autopilot (those we hardly notice), but one where you made a conscious choice. You should have a few to choose between. Scientist says we make between 2.500 and 10.000 decisions a day.
How did you make the decision? Was it you, or someone else? Make sure you are the one making the choices. At least the important ones.
