Tricky decisions

Some of your decisions you don’t even notice. Some takes all your attention. These are the troublemakers. But they also tend to be the important ones. Your choice and decision matters. This is when you really would be helped if you listened to your internal voice. But when stressed and pressed it’s hard to remember that option. And if you do - it’s hard to be present enough to hear your voice. It whispers in your ear, so you need to be quiet.

You need to practice. Start with the easy ones. The unnoticeable ones. Those you almost don’t notice. The tricky thing is to be aware of them.

Here is one way to train yourself in noticing them: Take some time in the evening and go through your day. The intention is to find one of the hidden decision. Go through what happened and any feelings around the situation. Keep doing this.

After a while you will be more aware of all the decisions you take during a day, and you will have an opportunity to practice. To train yourself in listening so your internal voice. When one of the troublemakers get in your way you are ready. You know what to do and how to do it.
