Tidy up

Now and then I have the need to tidy up. It can be in my physical world: in my studio, at home, in my inboxes. Or in my spiritual world. Too many thoughts running around in my head, not adding any value.
The clutter makes it impossible for me to focus. And nothing gets done. An early sign that something is wrong is a feeling of unease in my body. Usually it takes some time before I give the feeling any attention, since I’m too stressed. And the stress comes from my huge back-log of things to do. And that, of course, depends on all the clutter around me :)
Eventually I understand what’s going on. I have to stop, breathe and get connected to myself again. And when I do it’s so obvious what I need to do. Tidy up the mess!
