Stress and tranquillity. Opposites and yet part in a mutual interaction. Back and forth from stressful to peaceful. And in the middle, there you are, trying to get on with your life.

It’s easy and effortless when you are tranquil and calm. You are present and aware of yourself and your surroundings. It’s easy to hear and listen to your internal voice and to get support from it.

But when you need it the most it’s a struggle. When you are stressed of the expectations on you, all your responsibilities and the pressure of getting everything done. These are the situations when you have a really hard time to connect to yourself and get the support from within.
