Stormy weather

It’s been quite stormy in Sweden the last couple of days. Combined with snow it’s not the nicest place to be.
Sometimes I feel the storm in my life also. Especially in my head… Lots of thoughts and emotions running around: worries, doubts, fears, hesitance, indecision. The key words in the sentence are “thoughts and emotions”.
When it comes to the weather, the only thing you can do is to dress accordingly or stay inside. And of course move to a warmer country :)
You can’t change the weather. But there is a way to remove the storm in your head:
- Close your eyes.
- Take a deep breath.
- Feel your body.
- Let go of all thoughts and just be in the silence for a while.
- Experience how the thoughts and emotions feel smaller and not so important.
Just a breath away.
