Love

I guess you also heard ”you can’t love someone else before you love yourself”.

I think it’s true. And that it’s related with my trust in myself. If I don’t have trust, I don’t dare to be myself in a genuine, authentic way. To be the person I am. Which in turn means that I’m not able to honestly meet another person. I’m busy thinking of how I should be and behave. Stuck in myself. If I’m not able to truly meet another person, I’m not able to fall in love.

What to do?!

Start to build your trust in yourself by looking inside. Start with simple decisions and choices. Instead of asking someone else, listen to the answers you get from yourself. And follow them.

Slowly you start to trust yourself, and dare to be the person you were meant to be.
