Some peace and quiet now and then is essential for us, human beings. We need to rest our body, mind and soul. It can be tricky to find silence in today’s stressful world. What we need is to get connected and stay connected to ourselves. Not get lost. To find our peace of mind.

Take some time today, it doesn’t have to be long. Just a few deep breaths. Close your eyes. Feel your chest moving up and down, with each breath. Feel your body. Find the stillness. Listen to the serenity.
