I guess you’ve been to numerous of leadership trainings where you learn lots of different methods, tools and techniques to enhance your leadership. They are all great. You don’t have to figure it out by yourself. Instead you learn from people with great experience.

But after a while this type of course doesn’t give you the boost and enthusiasm you’re used to. It feels like you have done it before. You don’t develop as a leader. Same, same, but not different.
