Frustration released

Sometimes things doesn’t turn out as you expected and wanted. You get frustrated, angry and drained. Everything stops and you don’t know what to do. No energy to restart.

This is the time to trust there is a meaning in everything that’s happens and to move forward. My trick to shift the focus from “why did this happen” to “what should I do now” is to think of similar situations in the past. You will soon see a pattern that something else comes your way. Something that suits your needs just as good, maybe in a different way.

I don’t say it’s easy. But it is a way to get out of that “frozen state”. To get the drive to move on. This is my way of getting there:




    • I breathe, long and deep breaths.

    • Turn my focus inside.

    • Calming down my (frustrated) emotions.

    • I search for similar situations in the past and look for the pattern.

    • Get my power back and my trust in myself.

    • And then, when I’m ready, start searching for my next move, forward.
