Challenges

Challenges are part of our lives. Here and there. Now and then. Wanted – unwanted. As I see it challenges are non-independent and personal. In the meaning that a challenge can’t exist by itself. It emerge as a reaction with a person. Something that is challenging for me, you won’t even react to. It’s personal.
Some people seem to not come across any challenges at all. Why is that? I don’t think that’s the case. We all have challenges in our lives. It’s about how we relate to life in a broader perspective and more precisely when something unexpected happens.
If you approach the unexpected with scepticism and a reserved attitude it’s a big risk that you see a problem instead of a challenge. If you instead approach the unexpected with curiosity and anticipation, new possibilities will unveil. You will get new insights and new perspectives.
Challenge yourself and try curiosity and anticipation for one day. When you find yourself dwelling in negative thoughts, seeing problems and trouble, take a breath and replace them with: How exciting! Wonder what will happen now?!
Observe how the situation change, and how you change.
